Cooking experience - Cooking classes - culinary experiences

The kitchen is a crossroads between food, culture, art and history. Preparing the products of the Ligurian tradition, cooking together and then tasting in company what is prepared in a historic and exciting location, is an element of great attraction.
The food of the Ligurian tradition explained and prepared with the tools and the movements of the past but with attention to the updating and the seasonality. The goal of the cooking lesson is also represented by the repeatability of the preparation. Clear instructions, in a fun and relaxing environment, an aperitif during the processing phase .. and then to repeat the experience at home.

Segway

The Segway is a personal transport device that takes advantage of an innovative combination of information technology, electronics and mechanics. Its functioning is that of an "extension of the body" and is "capable of imitating human equilibrium".
